THREEPEAT: Vaquero named Tech M&A Investment Bank of the Year for the Third Consecutive Year
NEW YORK – Vaquero Capital received the Technology Investment Bank of the Year award from the Global M&A Network at the 12th Annual Americas M&A Atlas Awards held virtually from New York City on November 16th to 18th, 2020.
In addition to the honor of receiving the award for the third year in a row, Vaquero also received the award for SPAC Deal of the Year as advisor to Bregal Sagemount on Open Lending’s in combination with Nebula Acquisition Corporation.
