NEW YORK – Vaquero Capital received two awards and Managing Partner David Grove won another in the M&A USA Atlas Awards, announced at a virtual ceremony on May 25-26, 2021. Vaquero was recognized with awards for Healthcare IT Deal of the Year in advising Revenue Well Systems on its investment from Marlin Equity Partners, and Deal of the Year in advising Geoforce in its majority investment from LLR Partners. Managing Partner David Grove was awarded M&A Banker Professional Award of the year.
